Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns only if we have sent you the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

You must provide your order number and clear evidence of the incorrect item received

If you have received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong product

Items damaged or lost during transit (these issues must be raised directly with the courier)

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been:

Received by us

Inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for:

Parcels damaged in transit

Parcels lost by the courier

Delays caused by shipping carriers

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you received the wrong item, it must be returned first, and a refund will be issued once processed. You may then place a new order.
